Designed by Tobias Partners the house was originally built in 1980s and was in urgent need of a fresh modern makeover. Despite the difficult access to the lot and the constraints placed by the existing form of the house the interiors were completely opened up to welcome in gentle ocean breeze and a flood of natural light.
Exposed brick wall in the backdrop an open self with steel frame and wooden planks along with the general ambiance of the kitchen give it a smart industrial look. The rounded island edge offers safety in a high-traffic area while the white worktop combined with dark island and bar stools paints a picture of captivating contrasts.
A smaller and lower cottage can feel very secure and intimate a little space within a vast nature to be enjoyed in. It really puts itself in the center of attention without being too extravagant. The Godendart cabin is located Parc National de la Jacques Cartier only 4 hours North of Montréal.
The bunker is not the only upgrade that the Brighton Residence acquired with a new outdoor living area being added next to the living space inside. Extending into the backyard and pool area the new extension houses a portable lounge TV fireplace and even barbecue zone.
