Designed by Tobias Partners the house was originally built in 1980s and was in urgent need of a fresh modern makeover. Despite the difficult access to the lot and the constraints placed by the existing form of the house the interiors were completely opened up to welcome in gentle ocean breeze and a flood of natural light.

Luxury has a way of always fitting in – even in the pure nature. A big open and well-lit house that is placed in the midst of a forest is the ideal home for people who crave privacy and peace but don’t want to give up the comfort of enjoying a luxurious house!

It is the ground floor that contains the main bedrooms which stretch into the beautifully curated gardens and walkways outside. The natural pool and the massive man-made lagoon help cool the building further cutting back on its energy needs even while providing the perfect backdrop for evenings that range from the intimate and romantic to those with unending parties.
