A multi-level arrangement of the rooms ensures that each space flows into the next as the living area exudes a cheerful bright and contemporary vibe. Natural light permeates through to the lowest level of the house thanks to this spatial arrangement even as the stairwell with skylight above adds to this illuminated brilliance.
One of the major features that defined the house was the need for complete accessibility making every part of the home across its two levels wheelchair-friendly. Clear paths and easy access points add to this feature with beautiful lighting and top-notch insulation completing a classy contemporary residence set in an idyllic backdrop.
Offering just that but with a hint of originality and contemporary gray panache is the in designed by Steffen Welsch Architects. Inspired by Austrian architect Hermann Czech’s philosophy that sees ‘Architecture as background’ rather than an entity that stands out visually the new family home is all about understated elegance.
